Penal Persecutions
Monday 12 October, 7.15pm
Join us at the Church of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Belfast, for a special lecture on faith in Ireland during the Penal Times as part of Our Lady’s Rosary Festival 2026.
Historian A. Bede will explore the Penal Persecutions and the faith and perseverance of Irish Catholics during this difficult period.
Mass begins at 6.30pm, followed by the lecture at 7.15pm.

Join us on Tuesday 13 October at 7pm in St Malachy’s Church, Belfast, for a special evening of faith, testimony and hope as part of Our Lady’s Rosary Festival 2026.
Hear the remarkable stories of Sr Clare Crockett, Fr Robert Smialek and Michael McDonagh, and discover how an encounter with God transformed their lives and led them to a deeper faith.
The evening will be hosted by John and Danielle Connors and is open to everyone. Come along, bring a friend, and hear powerful personal testimonies of lives changed through faith and Our Lady’s intercession.
Be Reconciled
Thursday 15 October, from 6pm
Join us at St Mary’s, Chapel Lane, Belfast, for an evening of prayer, reconciliation and Eucharistic Adoration as part of Our Lady’s Rosary Festival 2026.
Adoration and Confession will be available from 6pm, offering an opportunity for quiet prayer and to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation.
The evening will conclude with Mass at 9pm, followed by Nightfever.
Rosary Procession
Sunday 18 October, 2.30pm
Join us for the Annual Rosary Procession, the concluding event of Our Lady’s Rosary Festival 2026.
The procession will leave St Malachy’s Church at 2.30pm and make its way through Belfast to St Peter’s Cathedral, praying the Holy Rosary together in honour of Our Lady.
The procession will conclude with Benediction and refreshments at St Peter’s Cathedral.
